Steven H. Sailer, Esquire
 Mr. Sailer first started his practice of law with Stuckert and Yates in 1981. Prior to joining Stuckert and Yates, Mr. Sailer spent one year as a law clerk for the Honorable William Hart Rufe, III, Judge of the Bucks County (PA) Court of Common Pleas. Mr. Sailer graduated from The Dickinson School of Law in 1980 and achieved his bachelor's degree from Lafayette College in 1977. He enjoys active membership in the Bucks County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Pennsylvania Association for Justice.
Steven Sailer was born and raised in the Fort Washington, Pennsylvania area and is a graduate of Upper Dublin High School (1973). He lives with his wife, Kathy, in Washington Crossing, Pennsylvania. Mr. Sailer has three children. His community involvement includes two three year terms as an elder of his church, active participation in the boards of directors for two separate homeowner associations and charitable organizations, and membership and participation in local service organizations. Mr. Sailer also was actively involved in different capacities in local youth athletic leagues.
Steven Sailer concentrates his practice in civil trial work both in state and federal court. His practice includes litigation for personal injuries, medical malpractice, construction disputes, employment discrimination, and commercial disputes.
