Take 95 North to the Newtown/Yardley Exit (exit 49). At the top of the ramp, turn left at the "T" intersection (traffic light) onto the Route 332 Bypass. Pass through six (6) traffic lights and turn right at the seventh (7th) light onto South State Street. Stuckert & Yates is located on the far left corner at the second (2nd) light (2 North State Street, the cross street is Washington Avenue). Parking is on the street, or turn left at the light and make an immediate right into our rear reserved parking lot. Enter through the rear (parking lot side) door, or the handicapped accessible front door which faces State Street.

Take Philadelphia Exit 351 (old exit 28), stay left and merge onto Route 1 North. Exit Route 1 onto Route 413 North (Bellevue Avenue). Turn right, then left at the flashing traffic signal. Follow 413 North for approximately 3 miles. At the large intersection with the Newtown Bypass, you will see signs directing you to turn left to follow 413, but you will go straight and the road becomes South State Street. Take River Road (Route 32) South to just north of Washington Crossing. Turn right onto Taylorsville Road. At the traffic light in Washington Crossing, turn right onto Route 532 toward Newtown. Pass Cosi Restaurant on the right, and when you reach the traffic light at Washington Avenue, turn left (if you turned right, this street is called "Swamp Road" and is so designated on the map). Just before the next intersection with State Street, turn left into the Stuckert & Yates rear reserved parking lot. Enter through the rear (parking lot side) door, or the handicapped accessible front door which faces State Street.

At the intersection of Almshouse Road and Route 332 (Second Street Pike), turn onto (or continue on) Newtown/Richboro Road (Route 332 East) and travel approximately 5 miles. At the large intersection with the Newtown Bypass, you will see signs that tell you to turn right to follow Route 332 East, but you will go straight and the road becomes simply Richboro Road. At the next traffic light, turn left onto Sycamore Street, travel one block, and turn right onto Washington Avenue (if you turned left, this street is called "Swamp Road" and is so designated on the map). Just before the next intersection with State Street, turn left into the Stuckert & Yates rear reserved parking lot. Enter through the rear (parking lot side) door, or the handicapped accessible front door which faces State Street.
