Jessica L. VanderKam, Esquire

Jessica L. VanderKam joined Stuckert & Yates as an associate in 2010. She received her law degree from Penn State Dickinson School of Law in 2008, and her Bachelors of Arts at Michigan State University in 2005. At Penn State Dickinson, Ms. VanderKam played an active role in VITA, an organization that provides volunteer income tax assistance, in addition to serving on the Senior Editorial Board for the World Arbitration & Mediation Report.

Ms. VanderKam has served as the Law Clerk to three Bucks County Court of Common Pleas judges, the Hon. David W. Heckler, the Hon. Wallace H. Bateman, Jr., and the Hon. Robert O. Baldi. During her time as a Law Clerk, she has assisted the bench in all aspects of a variety of issues before the Court, including those that arise from family law, civil litigation, dependency court, and criminal court. Ms. VanderKam has also has experience in business and commercial transactions, employment law, tax, and estate planning from her time as an Associate for a Washington, D.C. law firm.

Ms. VanderKam is an active member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations and serves on the Executive Advisory Committee for the Bucks County Young Lawyers Division. She is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She is developing her practice, including the areas of business and commercial transactions and litigation, family law, labor and employment, taxation, estate planning, and land use.
